About Steve Bogan, President
Steve's leadership experience and expertise in industrial data systems form the foundation of his role as President of InCentrik.
Throughout his career, Steve has worked closely with organizations to address the operational and technological challenges they face, enabling them to unlock the full potential of their data and digital systems. He has led strategic initiatives focused on industrial digital transformation, integrating advanced technologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve decision-making across various industries.
Steve’s approach to leadership emphasizes collaboration and innovation, ensuring that InCentrik delivers tailored solutions that drive meaningful results for clients, such as increased operational reliability, cost savings, and enhanced production outcomes. His guidance has been instrumental in aligning cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions encompassing automation, process optimization, and data analytics.
Before assuming his current role, Steve served in leadership of Champion Technology, where he managed large-scale digital integration projects, fostered client partnerships, and delivered scalable solutions to complex operational challenges.
Steve holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and brings a deep understanding of both technical and strategic aspects, enabling InCentrik to thrive as a trusted partner for industrial organizations navigating their digital transformation journeys.

Curtis Lew
VP of Operations
About Curtis Lew, VP of Operations
Curtis is a strategic leader dedicated to driving business growth and building a sustainable future for InCentrik. As Vice President of Operations, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s vision and ensuring long-term stability through smart, scalable strategies. With a decade at InCentrik, he has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s foundation and aligning its operations with a forward-thinking approach.
Before joining InCentrik, Curtis spent three years at OSIsoft (now AVEVA) where he worked on major industrial system integration projects. His experience in implementing and optimizing data infrastructure has given him a deep understanding of industrial technologies and their strategic applications. He now leverages that expertise to drive innovation and help clients unlock the full potential of their data systems while ensuring InCentrik’s growth remains sustainable and impactful. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.

Stewart Albert
Operations Manager
About Stewart Albert, Operations Manager
Stewart is an experienced engineer and problem-solver who thrives on making complex systems more efficient. As Operations Manager at InCentrik, he focuses on improving business processes, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and overseeing high-impact initiatives that drive company growth.
Before joining InCentrik, Stewart spent 10 years in oil and gas engineering and project management consulting, designing and overseeing large capital projects. Combining that with his Mechanical Engineer degree from Georgia Tech and PE in thermal and fluid systems, he leverages his strong technical foundation to help InCentrik’s clients bridge the gap between raw industrial data and actionable insights, getting the most out of their digital systems.

Cori Hegler
Director of Business Development
About Cori Hegler, Director of Business Development
Cori's extensive experience in mining engineering and metallurgical processing serves as an excellent foundation for her role in system integration and industrial process optimization at InCentrik.
Over her career, she has tackled the complex big picture and day-to-day challenges that many of InCentrik’s clients encounter in their operations. She has led initiatives in process control, data management, and analytics to optimize production and improve operational efficiency. Cori’s approach to business development is rooted in data-driven strategies, enabling client organizations to leverage their data and digital systems to create actionable insights to deliver results that enhance reliability, equipment uptime, and cost reduction. Her leadership in overseeing process improvements has encompassed cross-functional coordination involving mechanical, electrical, and system design considerations for complex projects.
Her prior roles included overseeing large-scale data systems integration and solving technical issues related to process analytics, which honed her ability to navigate intricate data infrastructures and deliver effective and scalable digital solutions.
Cori holds a Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering and Mineral Processing from Virginia Tech, equipping her with both theoretical knowledge and the practical tools necessary to support InCentrik’s customers’ diverse industrial needs.

Henry Guenther
Director of People and Culture
About Henry Guenther, Director of People and Culture
Henry Guenther is Director of People and Culture for InCentrik and a member of its leadership team. In April of 2024, Henry joined InCentrik as an HR Consultant to provide expert advice and support to the business in the areas of performance management, total rewards, career pathing and compliance. In June, he joined the team permanently and now leads all aspects of HR, from recruitment and talent management to strategic workforce planning and employee engagement.
Henry has over 10 years of experience in HR and has worked in various industries including engineering and manufacturing, SaaS, precision agriculture technology and financial services. He received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Steven's Point and maintains his Professional in Human Resources certification.
